Mae Area 43 wedi’i leoli yng Nghanolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru ac yn darparu gwasanaethau sy’n cael eu harwain gan bobl ifanc ledled y DU. Rydym yn grymuso ac yn cryfhau llais pobl ifanc, gan eirioli dros eu hawl i gael mynediad at wasanaethau cwnsela a chymorth lleol o ansawdd uchel.
Area 43 is based in Mid & West Wales, delivering youth-led services across the UK. We empower and amplify youth voice, advocating young people’s rights to access local, high-quality counselling and support.

Mae gennym ni i gyd iechyd meddwl. “Meddwl” yw’r gair Cymraeg am y meddwl a hefyd am feddwl neu feddyliau. Mae meddwl.org yn wefan sy’n darparu lle diogel i rannu profiadau ac i ddysgu am wahanol gyflyrau iechyd meddwl, yn ogystal â chael gwybodaeth am gymorth a chefnogaeth. Trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg, mae’r wefan yn helpu pobl i ddod o hyd i wybodaeth, gwasanaethau a chymorth pellach pan fo’u hangen.
We all have mental health. ‘Meddwl’ is the Welsh word for both ‘mind’ and ‘thought’ and meddwl.org is a website providing a space to share and learn about different mental health conditions and to find support and information on where to obtain further assistance – all through the medium of Welsh.

Nid yw magu plant ifanc yn hawdd, ac yma yn Home-Start Cymru, rydym yn sefyll ochr yn ochr â theuluoedd wrth iddynt wynebu’r heriau sy’n codi.
Wrth wraidd ein gwasanaeth mae ein cymorth gwirfoddolwyr ymweld â’r cartref, lle mae cymuned o wirfoddolwyr elusennol hyfforddedig ac aelodau staff arbenigol ledled Cymru yn gweithio gyda’i gilydd i sicrhau bod teuluoedd â phlant ifanc yn cael y cymorth sydd ei angen arnynt yn ystod y blynyddoedd cynnar hollbwysig.
Ein nod yw cryfhau lles teuluoedd a helpu i adeiladu dyfodol mwy disglair i blant a’u teuluoedd.
Raising young children is not easy, and here at Home-Start Cymru, we stand beside families through the challenges they face.
At the heart of our service is our home visiting volunteer support, where a community of trained charity volunteers and expert staff across Wales work together to ensure families with young children receive the help they need during the crucial early years. Our goal is to strengthen family well-being and build brighter futures.

CAM-DRIN DOMESTIG
Mae cam-drin domestig yn digwydd pan fydd eich partner neu aelod arall o’r teulu yn eich cam-drin yn seicolegol, yn emosiynol, yn gorfforol, yn rhywiol neu’n ariannol. Gall fod yn un digwyddiad unigol neu’n gamdriniaeth sy’n digwydd dro ar ôl tro, ond yn aml mae’n rhan o batrwm o ymddygiad. Os ydych yn teimlo dan fygythiad neu’n ofnus o’ch partner i’r graddau eich bod yn newid eich ymddygiad, efallai eich bod yn profi cam-drin domestig.
Mae trais rhywiol yn cynnwys cam-drin plant yn rhywiol, ymosodiad rhywiol, camfanteisio rhywiol, puteindra, anffurfio organau cenhedlu benywod (FGM), treisio ac eraill. Pryd bynnag y digwyddodd, boed yn ddigwyddiad unigol neu’n rhywbeth sydd wedi digwydd dro ar ôl tro, os oedd yn erbyn eich ewyllys, nid yw’n dderbyniol.
Os ydych yn teimlo bod eich partner yn eich dychryn neu’n eich bygwth, os ydych yn ofni y bydd ymateb eich partner yn ymosodol, neu os ydych wedi cael eich effeithio gan gam-drin rhywiol, cysylltwch ag un o’r asiantaethau lleol canlynol sy’n darparu cymorth i ddynion a menywod rhwng 9yb a 5yh:
- Threshold DAS (Llanelli) – 01554 752422
- Goleudy – 0300 123 2996
Y tu allan i’r oriau hyn, neu os oes angen llety brys arnoch, cysylltwch â Llinell Gymorth Cymru Gyfan gyfrinachol am ddim, sydd ar gael 24 awr y dydd:
- Byw Heb Ofn (Live Fear Free) – 0808 80 10 800
Cofiwch: Nid eich bai chi yw cam-drin domestig na thrais rhywiol. Mae cymorth ar gael, ac nid oes rhaid i chi wynebu hyn ar eich pen eich hun.
DOMESTIC ABUSE
Domestic Abuse is when your partner or any other family member abuses you psychologically, emotionally, physically, sexually or financially. It can be one single incident or repeated abuse but usually it is a pattern of behaviour. If you feel intimidated by or frightened of your partner to the point where you feel that you have to change your behaviour you may be experiencing domestic abuse.
Sexual Violence includes child sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, prostitution, female genital mutilation, rape etc. Whenever it happened, whether repeated or a single incident, if it is against your will it is not acceptable.
If you feel that your partner is intimidating you, if you're afraid that your partner's reaction will be aggressive or if you have been affected by sexual abuse then pick up the phone and call one of the local agencies listed below, who provide support to both men and women 9am-5pm:
- Threshold DAS (Llanelli) - 01554 752422
- Goleudy - 0300 123 2996

Ysgol Llangynnwr has a pastoral duty to its pupils and the school plays an important role in preventing abuse and neglect by creating and maintaining a safe environment for children and young people.
Each member of staff at this school is responsible for safeguarding and protecting the children who attend.
If there are concerns about neglect or physical, emotional or sexual abuse, then it is incumbent on staff, in accordance with the County's Safeguarding Procedures, to report the matter to the school's Child Protection Co-ordinator.
The school Co-ordinator may consult fellow professionals as well as relevant agencies such as Health and Social Services. Following these discussions, the school co-ordinator may need to officially refer the child to the Social Services Department, in accordance with the County's guidelines and protocol. It is for the Social Services Department to decide whether to take action.
Due to the nature of the allegations, it will not always be appropriate to discuss issues with parents before referring the child.
Social Services and the Police are responsible for investigating the allegations.
The school follows the Carmarthenshire Protocol and if there was an allegation against a member of staff, the school would follow the County's procedures.
